Established in 212 in the heart of Kendall by Chef Carlos Brescia and partners Jose Antonio Combina, Fiorella Terrazas, Dr. Limon was creatively designed from scratch to go with the theme of a Medical institution. The creative theme, from the plates to the servers jackets, were all designed and created to go with one another in an all around real world theme. From the presentation of the plates to the logistics of handling a hot and cold kitchen, Chefs Carlos Brescia are known for the dedication and one-of-a-kind taste that you will experience with every plate as you indulge into your own delightful pleasure bite after bite. Since we only use the freshest ingredients available as well as helping our local farmers and product providers, our plates are accessible to every type of food enthusiast, vegetarian, meat and fish lovers alike!
